While walking into a brick & mortar Alfa parts supplier (cyberbabbel for a store) has some advantages, catalog buying has its, AlfaCyberSite feel the majority of our customers want to source items in a simple, logical manner from the comfort of their home, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

WHAT ALFAS WILL BE COVERED?
Initially we will be catering to those owning '66 to '94, Series 1 thru 4 Spiders. Later we will offer items for other models.

Our seat-of-the-pants research indicates Spider owners are more inclined to keep their Alfas a number of years and are dedicated to keeping them well maintained. Part of this can be attributed to their good (and increasing) resale value.

WHAT ABOUT THE LESS KNOWLEDGEABLE OWNER?
After all the eCommerce tools are in place, ACS will begin including tips for such projects as removing, rebuilding, & replacing engines; trouble shooting the Spica; what are good aftermarket cams or suspension parts, etc.

There are plans to have a discussion group dedicated solely to the repair of specific items. Yes, there are other discussion groups, but this one is intended to be no nonsense, how do you do it / this is how it is done, specific.

WHY WON'T ACS TAKE PHONE ORDERS?
ACS is a small operation which has only so many hours in the day to get the job done. Sorry to sound so commercial, but time spent on the phone or emailing detailed information impacts on getting product shipped.

ACS will offer their products at 3 to 10% less than our competitors. Hopefully that will help offset talking to a 'friendly' voice.

ORDERING ONLINE:
If you've ordered online-- perhaps a book from Amazon.com, you'll find the ACS shopping cart & checkout procedure pretty similar.

HOW WILL I FIND SPECIFIC PRODUCT?
Initially there will be both Alfa Parts & Accessory Parts. Think of the Alfa Parts as items you'd find in an Alfa parts books.

The Accessories will be items not originally offered--Cibie lights, Talbot mirrors, MOMO steering wheels, etc.

Alfa Parts are broken down into approx. 44 Groups. Locate the logical Group, download (allow a little time--all parts have photos), click Add on all items wanted, then go to checkout. It's pretty simple.

Note: High quality used parts will be interspersed with new parts. Please check item Status before ordering.

SHIPPING:
Shipping will be automatically included and, in some cases, Special Handling. If an item / s is especially heavy and / or requires crating, there will be additional fees. You will be notified at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Initially ACS will ship only to locations within the US.

RETURNS:
Should ACS ship the wrong item, or is damaged, you will be reimbursed within 10 days once item is returned.
There is a 25% restocking fee for items shipped in which you simply changed your mind. Please verify items before ordering.

INTERNET SAFETY:
ACS is offering to reimburse you up to $50 in the highly unlikely event your credit card # is stolen from our site. This should cover any out-of-pocket expenses you might incur.

PRIVACY:
ACS will not email you without your permission, nor sell any information regarding your shopping on our site.
